At least 2 hour notice is required, so please call ahead. Advance notice of 3+ hours is usually best as I need time to stop whatever I am doing, return home if applicable, and prepare for your session without being rushed. More time will likely be needed if I am coming to you. I recommend booking 1 or more days in advance to ensure availability. I am usually not able to accomodate on short notice.. *If you'd like a morning appointment, please book by 10pm the previous night so I may get adequate rest and be prepared for your escape.
